Where do your ingredients come from?
All of our products are made using organically grown ingredients. The majority of our herbs are grown, harvested, and dried by us on our own two properties. For anything we don’t grow ourselves, we carefully source from trusted suppliers who share our commitment to quality.

Do you make your products yourselves?
Yes—we make every single product ourselves, in small batches! We never outsource production or repackage products from other companies. Everything you receive is thoughtfully crafted by us from start to finish.

Do your teas and syrups contain artificial ingredients or preservatives?
No—never. Our teas and syrups are made without any artificial sweeteners, preservatives, or additives. We keep things simple and natural, using ingredients just as they were intended—straight from nature.

How are your products sweetened?
Our syrups (and any sweetened products) are made using natural sweeteners such as honey or other plant-based options. We believe in letting the natural flavors shine without relying on artificial ingredients.

How should I store my teas and herbal products?
Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain freshness and potency.

Can I use your products if I’m pregnant or taking medication?
We always recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before using herbal products if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications.

Do you take product requests or custom ideas?
Yes—we love hearing your ideas! If there’s something you’re looking for that we don’t currently carry, feel free to reach out. Many of our products have been inspired by customer requests, and we’re always excited to create something new when we can.

How do I use your herbal products?
Each product includes general guidance on usage, and we encourage customers to start with small amounts and adjust based on their individual needs. If you ever have questions about how to use something, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help.

Are your products safe to use?
Our products are made with high-quality, natural ingredients. However, herbal products can affect individuals differently. We recommend consulting a healthcare provider before using herbal products if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We prepare orders quickly, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate adjustments if your order hasn’t shipped yet.

What payment methods do you accept?
For online orders, we accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout system.

For in-store purchases, we also accept cash, credit cards, and Venmo for your convenience.

SHIPPING

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We offer free local pickup for customers in our area. Simply select “Pick-up in Ripon” at checkout, and we’ll have your order ready for you. You’ll receive a notification when your order is prepared and ready for pickup.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on your order total:

  • Orders $0–$24.99 → $6.99

  • Orders $25–$49.99 → $9.99

  • Orders $50–$74.99 → $12.99

  • Orders $75+ → Free shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. If this changes in the future, we’ll be sure to update our website.

WHOLESALE OPTIONS

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes! We’re happy to work with select wholesale partners. If you’re interested, please reach out for more information.

How does wholesale shipping work?
Wholesale orders have a flat shipping rate, which is shared at the time of ordering. Wholesale pricing and shipping are separate from retail promotions.

RETURNS & ISSUES

What if there’s a problem with my order?
If something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right!

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if there’s an issue, please reach out—we’re happy to help.
